Lead a weekly cross-functional team meeting, offering a comprehensive view of progress and project status

Minimum two years of supporting project/programs or business operations experience\

Collaborate closely with system data to proactively detect issues and take decisive actions to mitigate their impact

Assist in shaping both internal and external communication plans, delivering crucial messages, project updates, and key decisions

4+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the ecommerce industry

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio

Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, systems, and metrics

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Collect, clean, and validate ecommerce data from various sources and systems

Analyze ecommerce data using SQL, Python or R programming and statistical methods

Experience in data entry and data management

Business knowledge of retail inventory management, merchandising concepts and operations

Data entry of product information (PO’s) in various systems as required

Accurate data entry of product information in various systems as required

Ensure the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklists are being reviewed and managed by POD

Initiate and manage changes to purchase orders

The Senior Analyst, Marketplace Platform Operations is responsible for special projects to support Marketplace compliance and seller experience initiatives

Work with the Project Manager, Marketplace Compliance to create reporting/data to combat fraud on the Marketplace platform

Support projects in Seller Communications to maintain and improve the Seller Help knowledge base

6+ years of Business Analysis/eCommerce experience

Ability to assess a situation / challenge and understand downstream implication to process, systems, stakeholder experience

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel, VBA (an asset)

Degree in a discipline such as Finance, Business administration, Mathematics or Engineering

1 to 3 years experience in a multinational public company

Excellent knowledge of English, French is a strong asset

Good analytical capabilities to develop solutions and business cases to complex topics

Understanding and experience with databases(SAP Hana) and data relationships

·Great project management skills; being able to initiate projects and drive them to completion

·PPC management is considered an asset

·Manage, execute, and optimize customer specific marketing “playbooks”

·Experience with populating new product setup sheets for online retailers and marketplaces is a bonus

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3-5 years of experience working within the finance function, more precisely within commercial finance and business partnering.

Experience in eCommerce is a must.

A bachelor's degree in Finance with a strong interest in marketing.

Strong analytical and reporting skills

An inquisitive mindset with strong analytical skills.

Experience working with a content management system

Develop seasonal campaign briefs and site experience journey maps to support upcoming marketing and brand initiatives

Create, manage and deliver data-driven site merchandising strategies to increase overall product discovery by creating customer-centric mobile first merchandising decisions

Conduct A/B testing to shape future site experiences and make data driven decisions

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in e-Commerce, retail website merchandising preferred

Strong knowledge of site analytics tools

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Project Management experience is an asset.

Practice thought leadership, change management processes, agile and lean methodology

Act as project manager on key delivery initiatives to drive operational improvements across all banners

3+ years progressive eCommerce/Store Operations experience.

Post-Secondary education in Business and or a related field.

ECommerce platform experience for example: Magento, Shopify, Sitecore or Episerver

Experienced in an agile environment

Salary up to $130,000 for someone with the correct skillset.

Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM

Strong relationship management, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal) are required.

Document and manage business requirements and changes to prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options.

Defect management / Document test results and report findings to others in order to resolve issues.

Review design specification documents, requirements and user stories for test case planning, writing and test execution.

Solid understanding of Ecommerce business processes and experience with Ecommerce platforms.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and project collaboration using waterfall and agile methodologies.

Extensive experience gathering business requirements, business process reengineering, application testing and project management.

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Experience with project management and software development disciplines.

Direct the development of business and system requirements through detailed analysis and by providing recommendations.

Work closely with the Application Developers to provide all system requirements translation and lead the high-level design of the solution.

Hold requirements gathering sessions by identifying the right participants, preparing the appropriate material, reviewing the project scope, and identifying key assumptions.

Assess scope and impact of client business needs and manages client expectations.

Experience in Business Analysis, Ecommerce Management, and Project Management.

Minimum of three years experience in account-based sales with a focus on e-commerce and technology.

Training in consultative sales and experience at a leading tech company.

Experience managing or working in a retail head office environment.
