As an e-commerce Business Analyst at diff, you will be the face of the company. Your time will be spent with merchants shaping the future of retail, helping turn their vision into reality.

Your keen business acumen and affinity for technology will serve you well in this role. You will lead detailed discovery sessions with new and existing clients on topics ranging from business processes and integrations, to design, development, and growth marketing strategies. You are also able to sell in a consultative manner, ensuring our proposals are aligned with our client’s needs and expectations.

• Conduct internal hand-off meetings and participate in client kick-off meetings for new projects entering diff’s portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the best solution based on the client’s current needs, desired future state, and limitations.
• Be a subject matter expert on the Shopify ecosystem.
• Lead, influence and consult in the discovery and requirements-gathering process with clients and prospects in order to create Statement of Work documents.
• Create supporting technical content for RFI and RFP response processes.
• Create and present project proposals alongside sales director to clients and prospects including high-level solution design, diagrams, plans, and related customer documents leveraging diff’s unique value proposition.

Qualifications

• You are curious and love talking shop with clients and their businesses.
• You are eager to collaborate internally with colleagues to solve the toughest problems with creative solutions.
• You love getting better each day, trying new things, and iterating, all at a lightning-fast pace.
• You are a professional and a natural when it comes to building relationships with people.
• Minimum of three years experience in account-based sales with a focus on e-commerce and technology.
• You have a passion for retail and the entrepreneurs shaping the future of retail.
• You are passionate about connecting the dots between people, products, and processes.
• You are energetic, and self-directed, and possess a stellar work ethic.

• Experience in Business Analysis, Ecommerce Management, and Project Management.
• Hobbies & a sense of humor!
• Experience managing or working in a retail head office environment.
• Training in consultative sales and experience at a leading tech company.
• Bilingual (spoken French & English).
