Ecommerce Data Analyst Jobs

Robert Half is recruiting for an E-commerce Data Analyst for to fulfill a contract/temporary role for our Client. As the successful Candidate you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various aspects of our ecommerce data, such as sales, customer behavior, market trends, and conversions. You will use your expertise in SQL, Python or R programming to access, manipulate, and visualize data from various sources and systems. You will also provide insights and recommendations to help us improve our ecommerce strategy and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the latest ecommerce trends and best practices
• Analyze ecommerce data using SQL, Python or R programming and statistical methods
• Identify key areas for improvement and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collect, clean, and validate ecommerce data from various sources and systems
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to support ecommerce initiatives and projects
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate ecommerce metrics and findings

Requirements:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the ecommerce industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R programming for data analysis and manipulation
• Open for candidates in AB, BC and ON.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, systems, and metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field
• Attention to detail and accuracy
