ABOUT THE SENIOR DATA ANALYST ROLE:
WIN is looking to add Senior Data Analysts to our growing team! Ideal candidates are passionate about analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and providing data-driven recommendations. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team transforming the real estate industry with one of its kind disruptive services by harnessing the power of generative AI in most of our upcoming products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, perform data collection, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Own documentation of data processes, schemas, and data sets
• Identify actionable business insights through analysis of data trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Design and maintain intuitive BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data and insights.
• Curate data sets including through hands on analyses and automated tools including web scraping, ETL pipelines and SQL queries.
• Build using best practices in security, design, and data quality.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify new data sources and complement existing data sources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Thrive in a dynamic environment that requires innovation and speed of execution.
• Ability to understand and break-down problems and propose clear solutions.
• Willing to learn new technologies and platforms.
• Creative and outside-the-box thinker with strategic mindset
• Experience with data querying, manipulation, and integration scripting a plus
• Experience with enterprise cloud computing and storage platforms (AWS, GCP etc)
• Bachelors in computer science or related technical field.
• Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis (e.g. Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) and visualization tools
