Position Summary

The Data Analyst will be tasked with managing and organizing data into a format that can be easily analyzed.

Key Responsibilities

The below list includes a general overview of job responsibilities and is not exhaustive.

• Preparation of Regional purchasing reports. Ensuring prompt Divisional submissions, verification and consolidation of Divisional data into Regional. (PPV & Cost Reduction, Spend Data, Opportunities & Strategies).
• Alignment and cross functional with MML Americas Divisions, Regional Director, and Global Commodity Team.
• Oversight and management of purchasing data management, analytics, and reporting.
• Data mining and consolidating to create value added reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Enhance data management and analytical tools through digitalization and automation.
• Verification and follow up of data integrity – PPV submissions, Commodity reports, Global Spend Analytics.
• Cross functional data management projects with Divisions, Global Commodity Teams, and Regional Purchasing Director.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Expert in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc. and also including PowerBI)
• Years of Experience Required: Minimum three (3) years of related experience required
• Education Preferred: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science,Mathematics, Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education and experience.
