Job Description
On behalf of our client in the Professional Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a SQL Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst.
SQL Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst –


  • Intermediate SQL BI Reporting Analyst to join our team
  • You will also have a strong focus on automation to scale current and future processes
  • As a SQL BI Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing reporting solutions that are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet the expectations of various stakeholders and leaders
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for owning performance reporting for Go To Market & product initiatives, building and owning performance dashboards, and providing ongoing recommendations to leadership utilizing complex data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations concisely to non-technical audiences, both in oral and written presentations

SQL Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst – Mandatory Skills


  • Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills
  • Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, A/B Testing, and Data Visualization (Tableau, QlikView)
  • Experience in defining metrics and instrumenting data tracking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
  • Proactive and inquisitive learner... seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
  • Familiarity with Marketing Analytics Tools (Segment, Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience working with marketing analytics, web analytics, mobile analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics

SQL Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst – Preferred Skills


  • Experience in an AWS environment
  • Experience with data modelling and ETL Processing
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce
