Ecommerce Associate Jobs

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation skills and will be expected to become familiar with operational aspects of the Andrews website and associated services. You will be expected to assist the eCommerce team in meeting targets defined.

The eCommerce Associate performs an essential role within this transition by supporting the eCommerce team.

Online Order Processing

• Using an inventory management system, transfer inventory between Andrew's locations (stores and warehouse) to facilitate optimised packing and shipping pipelines.

Product Upload:

• Generate CSV files to facilitate uploading product to the Andrews website
• Using the Andrews brand voice, write copy for product descriptions on the Andrews website
• Using the inventory management system, assist the Buying team by keying in new product from Purchase Order to generate SKUs
• Support the eCommerce team with operational tasks, as required
• Assist in securing appropriate imagery for product uploading

Online Customer Service

·Field the online chat service to answer customer enquiries. This can include but is not limited to questions about customer orders, sizing of Andrews products, or questions about stores.

·Field the customer facing email inboxes to answer questions. This can include but is not limited to questions about customer orders, sizing of Andrews products, or questions about stores.

·In the course of fielding customer communication channels, generate leads for in-store Stylist appointments.

Competencies, Technical Skills and Knowledge:

·1-2 years eCommerce experience in aspects such as

• Product upload

·Product copywriting (fashion, luxury womenswear preferred)

·Inventory management (e.g., stock level management, transfers, input)

·Customer service (remote/digital)

·Strong attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills

·Microsoft 365 Suite, in particular: Word, PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate)

·Workflow management tools (preferred)

·Shopify platform (working)

·Performance and dashboard reporting (preferred)
