Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, the Director of Data Management and Anayltics is responsible for a number of key functions, including:
  • Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators
  • Digital and Data Strategy and program execution
  • Organizational data policy and standards
  • Identification and management of quality, trusted data

Education
University degree in a field relevant to the position.
A combination of education and required experience in the field of security investigations may be considered.

Experience
  • Significant experience providing strategic advice to Senior Executives (Deputy Minister level) on issues pertaining to organization-wide digital and data strategies.
  • Experience managing complex multi-year projects that address sensitive and high-risk issues.
  • Experience leading the development of digital platforms and implementation of digital policies or services to advance business priorities and objectives
  • Significant experience managing data assets in a complex multi-disciplinary context.
  • Significant experience leading digital and data initiatives in complex and dynamic environments; interfacing with data management specialists and taking advantage of digital opportunities to realign business models and enable the digitalization of the business.
  • Experience collaborating and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational outcomes
  • Experience in providing strategic and operational direction to staff and in rolling out and facilitating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience managing human resources including direct supervision of staff, assignment of work and managing employee performance.

Relocation

Compensation
From $125,664 to $150,773 per annum.
