Director Business Development Jobs

We are a North American facilities management company headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area and we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.

Focusing on the Province of Ontario, but able to peruse national opportunities as needed, you will target the C-Suite in Business & Industry as well as Government & Defense leadership.

You will sell multiyear service contracts that include services such as: HVAC, energy management, building automation, green charging, and general facilities cleaning and maintenance.

To be considered for this role you must:

1. have no less than 7 years selling the above listed services in the North American market ranging in value from $2 to $20 million dollars.
2. be a proven solution seller who is familiar with sales cycles ranging from 6 months to 2 years and managing multifaceted bid processes.
3. be able to secure internal resources to develop bids on as needed basis
4. be trained in Miller Heman, Challenger, or any other sales methodology.
5. have a valid Canadian driver's license and be currently legally able to work for any employer in Canada.
