As a remote call center representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a difference in the world. With a dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet workspace, you'll connect with donors and prospective donors, sharing the important work of our clients and securing financial gifts. Responsibilities

• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of our clients.
• Engage with donors and prospective donors in a positive and enthusiastic manner, strengthening the connection between non-profit and donor.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Requirements

• Must have a dedicated wired internet connection.
• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising.
• Full-time positions only.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity.
• Commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.
• Ability to work in a quiet environment at home, free from interruptions.
