: Salesforce Admin and Developer cum Support Role
Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Admin and Developer in a support role, collaborate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and other Salesforce professionals. Responsibilities include, focusing on resolving issues, optimizing processes, and supporting users in their daily interactions with the system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
- Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to Salesforce functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system errors, discrepancies, and providing timely resolutions to end-users.
2. Salesforce Administration:
- Maintain and customize the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain data quality and validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder flows to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes, enhancements, and new features.
3. Development and Customization:
- Collaborate with developers and architects on more complex customization, using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, when necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation of customizations, processes, and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Candidates with Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications will be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, with a focus on support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration using declarative tools.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
