Senior Salesforce Developer Jobs

Plative is a leading Salesforce and Oracle Netsuite consultancy firm, committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be working with our clients to design, configure, implement, and deploy solutions after thoroughly analyzing and understanding the business requirements. You will identify specific needs, design the Salesforce platform to meet those requirements, and work with the Plative project teams to ensure successful modifications and/or implementation.

In short: you can manage many projects at once, can understand general business concepts, and know Salesforce extremely well.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with UI web development technologies--HTML, Javascript/jQuery, CSS
• Develop and support new applications on the Salesforce.com platform
• Perform code reviews of work performed by junior developers
• Use common web service technologies--REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.--to bring data into and out of Salesforce
• Use APEX, Visualforce, and custom Lightning Components to enable new functionality as well as extend existing apps within our client organizations
• Independently analyze application and system requirements and develop recommendations and solutions for those problems
• Provide detailed application and code expertise to the development, testing and business teams
• Utilize deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce API to build new processes and integrations with other applications, tools, and databases
• Collaborate with team members to delegate work and QA the results

Basic Qualifications:

• Salesforce.com Dev certifications 1 & 2
• Previous work in a consulting environment
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of Web and Javascript frameworks
• 5+ years in Salesforce development/administration experience with extensive knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, and Force.com applications
• Experience in other enterprise platforms is a plus. (Oracle, SAP, Netsuit, AWS)
• Proficiency in other code stacks (.net, java, node.js)
