Construction Supervisor Jobs

This position is for relocating to Mexico- Cancun.

The company pays for relocation and provides housing, among other benefits.

We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor on luxury construction or hotel buildings working for a General Contractor or developer. The successful candidate will have experience in finishing or final construction details.

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of project schedules, budgets, subcontractor scopes, and quality control.
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to provide direction and resolve problems amongst multiple subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and identify design deficiencies and impractical details.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain site schedule.
• Must have the endurance and strength to consistently walk the entire job site, including stairs and elevated structures.
• 10+ years of experience managing, directing, supervising and coordinating the construction installations and finishes of high-end commercial hotel construction.

This is a full-time job with a Mexican company that has been growing in the past 20 years and focused on luxury tourism.
