• Unpaid Internship. Ideal position for Engineering, Construction, or Architecture Students looking to gain experience
• Job site is located on the border of Milton, ON and Halton Hills. Must have vehicle to travel to site
• Seeking an excellent Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

Roles And Responsibilities

• General inspection of the trades and contractors and their performance andsafety
• Being Computer/Tech Savvy and resourceful online is an asset (MS Office, Google Drive)
• Organizing and Supervising site staff, trades and contractors and ensuring that they are performing
• Provide high quality work in a timely manner, while managing and exceeding client expectations
• Supervising the construction project and all the operations on the site and reporting to project manager
• Ensuring that thebudgetis followed and creating, monitoring, and updating projectschedules
• Perform quality control inspections - Upholding Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards

Qualifications / Must Haves

• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and Vehicle
• Post secondary education in a related field (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction, etc.)
• PPE including Safety shoes, high vis vest, hard hat
