Senior Project Manager, Residential Construction

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER required for leading builder of residential and commercial projects in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area. Our Client is seeking an experience project manager to manage the day to days role responsibility for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget while adhering to deadlines. Post secondary education or training in Engineering, Construction related degree/diploma and/or apprenticeship in related trades. · 8-10 years of construction related experience ideally in the mid-rise/high-rise market. · In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, specifically construction specifications, building materials, methods, and procedures. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Project. · Ability to lead and assess trade performance on the job. · Ability to apply basic engineering principles to construction challenges.
