Job Title: Customer Care/Sales Support Representative
Department: Inside Sales
Reports To: Inside Sales Manager, Canada
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Job Summary
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and managing sales leads that originate from the internet and call queue within the sales department. Also responsible for all intercompany transactions
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Build new customers in sales order processing systems
• Pick up customers on hold when needed
• Perform product and price maintenance in “pricetool/spectrum” and other business systems; Build new part numbers as needed
• Enter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems
• Respond to customer inquiries sent to Radwell via the internet or through other electronic means and by a telephone inquiry if needed
• Handle all intercompany orders, order issues and communication from the US/UK/DE locations
• Negotiate best purchase price for manufacturers not regularly supplied by Radwell (new products)
• Manage opportunities for sales leads originating from the internet; perform all sales tasks necessary to turn the opportunity into a billable sale
• Correspond with customer via phone and e-mail
• Assist in business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenance
• General sales related administrative support
• Take direction from managers and assistant managers and allows the manager to approve all prices prior to the potential customer being quoted
• Sourcing of products for manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell (new products)
• Distribution, organization and tracking of customer inquiries sent to Radwell via the internet or through other electronic means

May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
Not applicable. This position has no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Must understand the sales cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International sales cycle
• Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand Radwell computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment

Required Experience
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus
• Associates degree or HS diploma, Bachelors’ degree a plus
• One to Three years related customer service experience and/or training
