Fill the teams’ lead pipeline through inside sales activities as directed by Team and Sales Management

1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception

3.Ongoing collaboration with the internal sales, project management and manufacturing teams on matters dealing with quotations.

Intermediary level Microsoft Office suite and SAP user experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

2.Perform accurate data entry in a timely manner.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize

High attention to details and mathematical (numeracy) accuracy

Maintain an understanding of our competitor’s product offering.

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet Explorer.

Working knowledge of PDF editing software and document control.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

Order entry for newly received purchase orders from the Air Distribution Team.

Extensive Inside Sales and/or Order Management experience within a high-tech manufacturing company - 5-10 years’ experience

Quoting, Order and Contract Management of capital equipment, consumables, and services, using our SFDC and Sage X3 systems.

Opportunity and funnel management in SFDC

Responsible for maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) by documenting customer communications and activity

Collaborate across departments (Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Shipping and Finance) to communicate and meet customer requests in a timely fashion

Experience with the commercial sale of capital equipment and associated products is highly desirable

Experience with ERP systems, including quoting and order management processes

Manage and continually improve the GMS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Champion customer experience efforts within the entire organization

Manage the sales order entry process from end to end

Responsible for the Commercial Review aspect of the Contract Review Process, provide contract knowledge and support to the field Sales team

Collaborate with Regulatory, Finance, and Sales on new customer setup, customer and channel contract execution, and payment related matters

Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities

The role requires frequent communication with Dealer Principal, dealership management and dealer staff.

Distribution, organization and tracking of customer inquiries sent to Radwell via the internet or through other electronic means

Handle all intercompany orders, order issues and communication from the US/UK/DE locations

Sourcing of products for manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell (new products)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Cross train to further your software knowledge and professional development skills
