As a Sales Service Analyst, you will provide phone/online support and training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to travel across North America to provide onsite support.Job Responsibilities:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Improve new or existing processes within the department to enhance service delivery
• Travel (25% - 1 week per month) is required throughout Canada and the US
• Bonus for product certifications, up to $4,800 per year
• Automotive dealership experience is an asset
