We are currently looking for a Jr. Support Centre Analyst (Intern) to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Jr. Support Centre Analyst, you will work closely with IT Support Analysts to perform many functions, including but not limited to answering staff inquiries in person and remotely, preparing hardware deployments, servicing level 1 issues and requests, documenting resolution details within the knowledge base, maintaining areas including IT service bench and preparation areas, and physically installing hardware. What You’ll Do

• Support fellow Analysts by assisting with general duties, and troubleshooting team equipment and software in the case of issues
• Learn and perform the task of imaging and deployment independently
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date information on stock counts, and requesting stock to keep minimum levels
• Incident reporting to generate user tickets
• Refining details based on key information
• Performing basic account functions including unlocking accounts and resetting passwords
• General upkeep of imaging and deployment areas (i.e., IT stockrooms)
• Hardware preparation and deployment
