About The Role
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest.
You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
 About The Team
The team is based in Toronto, Canada and we provide the product of Wealth Brokerage to Canadian banks.
The role of our team is hands on collaborates in an agile team and individually deliver~
Our team gathers requirements and documenting detailed business and system use cases to drive out the detailed functional requirements for the different applications.
Our team is also maintains all requirements to ensure resulting solution delivers the expected acceptance criteria
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct business process discovery and mapping, identify, elicit, and document business requirements, define business rules and communicate requirements for the implementation of business solutions.

• Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.What you will need~
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
• Selecting hardware, software and vendors
• Communicate with stakeholders of varying technical ability and subject matter expertise
• 2 years working with Broadridge back office data systems
• 1 year of experience in Agile delivery methodology
• Manage the Requirements Tools used to capture and maintain the Business Requirements
• Accountable to ensure that the requirements are aligned with our business objectives and stated expectations
• 3 years of experience in Wealth management projects as a Business Analyst or Business SME
• 2 years experience working with files in Linux and performing queries against databases
• 3 years Canadian mutual funds industry experience
• Ensure business requirements are traceable through specifications, solution design and test cases
• Assist QA with testing when required
• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency

Added Bonus If You Have

• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – Master’s degree is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
