Job Description
Position Summary:


Responsible for managing the Business Analysis & Reporting team within the Customer Operations department. You will be accountable for managing department reporting, business insights and budget creation.

Position Responsibilities:


Lead a team of analysts who provide reporting, business insights, and administrative support to all Customer Operations Leaders.


Leadership


  • Recruit, train, supervise, and develop new hires
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training opportunities, and complete performance reviews for all team members
  • Support the Customer Operations department with operational activities such as, assisting Leadership team, special projects, workforce management, scheduling, etc.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Business Analysis & Reporting team
  • Create an inspiring team environment and motivate team members
  • Set and communicate team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines


Reporting, Business Insights and Forecasting


  • Manage and optimize processes for data analysis and reporting
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of regular reports, presentations with business insights, and ad hoc reports requested
  • Recommend budget/capacity planning improvements to get better results, better forecasting, and projecting tools
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting across Customer Operations
  • Ensure team is meeting productivity and service level targets
  • Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to business stakeholders and the Senior Management Team (SMT)
  • Ownership, administration and configuration of the Workforce Management and Knowledge base software
  • Accountable for all reports to be completed accurately and on time as outlined in the SLAs
  • Work cross-functionally to help measure and provide team members guidance during forecasts and budget submissions


Qualifications:


  • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Expert with MS Office Products (Word, Excel) and PeopleSoft
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years leadership experience
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and sense of urgency
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Flexible to work additional hours when required to meet department objectives
  • Ability to prioritize time and work on multiple tasks with strict deadlines
  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
