3+ years experience and strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation

Strong experience in data visualization (minimum of 3+ years of experience), including designing and building visually stunning dashboards and reports

Cognos SDK experience and Java knowledge is an asset

3+ years of experience in a Group Benefits consulting environment in a technical role or as a Group Benefits Underwriter.

Understand the complexities of group benefits products available.

Interest in acquiring the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
