Business Analyst - Data Analysis - VBA/SQL/MS Excel –

• Join sets of data together
• Extract specific data based on conditions
• Performing UAT regression testing
• Add data to the database based on conditional statements
• Edit data in excel
• Supporting end users through transition phase and post-project implementation
• Create code that can call functions to work through repetitive processes
• Offer solutions to integrate new system
• Update process documents
• Analyze current state
• Compute and export data in a python code (to replace calculations being done in excel)
• Extract and export data to/from spreadsheet via code
• Open and run macros in excel
• Filter and loop through data

Business Analyst - Data Analysis - VBA/SQL/MS Excel – Mandatory Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Post-Secondary in Finance or related Field
• Detail Oriented
• Communication skills
• Proficiency with MS tools (excel, word)
• 3+ years of experience with SQL (extract/join data)
• Self-starter
• Ability to work with minimal instructions
• Time management
• 5+ years of experience with VBA (extract/export data, create code)
• 8+ years of experience with Data Analysis (data flows, data reconciliation)

• Capital Markets product knowledge
• Familiarity with Accounting Principles (General Ledgers, GLs, etc.)
• Python Experience
