We're hiring a Bookkeeper Administrative Support to help support our clients in a fully remote position.

We don't micromanage so you should be motivated to deliver quality results to your clients. And you should be comfortable with modern communication and task-management tools so that we can all collaborate effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

✅ Communicate with clients and government regarding assessments and administrative tasks

✅ Full-cycle bookkeeping

✅ Monitor accounts payable and receivable

✅ Ensure timely processing of payroll

✅ Develop and maintain electronic filing systems for financial and client documents

Qualifications:

⭐2+ years of experience in related field, preferably at an accounting firm

⭐ Knowledge of bank reconciliations, A/R and A/P posting, DAS remittances and month-end reconciliations

⭐ Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online is ant asset

⭐ Familiarity with CaseWare and Taxprep is a plus

⭐ Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

⭐ Comfortable working remotely and using remote collaboration tools

⭐ Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French
