What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring all financial actions comply with local legal requirements
• Preparing financial reports by analyzing, collecting, and condensing account trends and information
• Fact-checking accounting information
• Using a system to account for the financial transactions made by the company to establish a chart of accounts
• Recording all transactions
• Balancing subsidiary accounts to reconcile accounts

What the ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to communicate complex financial data with other members
• A strong understanding of math and numbers
• An Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
• Familiarity with the general principles of accounting
• The ability to use various financial transactions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
• A minimum of 2 years of experience withQuickBooks Online Software
• Good data entry skills

Compensation:

• Approximately 10-15 hours a month
• Wage: $27.00 an hour
• Fully Remote Position

Interview Process:

We have a two step interview process that usually goes from application to response in under two weeks:

• 20 minute video conference interview for culture fit and to better understand your qualifications
• 30 minute video conference interview with direct manager
