Independent Freight Dispatcher/ Account Manager

Responsibilities

Prospect/Source for new customers

 Source carriers and providers for your customers

 Book customers’ shipments in our TMS, track the delivery and ensure the carrier

has supplied POD.

 Maintain the relationship with customers.

 Negotiable Commissions based on Closed Loads.

 No hidden fees

 No territory restrictions

 Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes.

 Load planning and preplanning future loads for our drivers.

 Scheduling freight pickups and deliveries.

 Providing shipping details to customers and documenting all calls, routes,

and times.

 Reviewing logs of truck drivers and handling customer complaints and

inquiries.

 Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices.

 Negotiating rates and delivery timelines.

Keeping and organizing work requests, inventory records, and other

relevant information.

 Filling up LTL in trailers that have space, to and from CA/US

 Building LTL loads is an asset

Qualifications

Education:

 Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

 dispatching: 2 years (required)

 Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)

 Freight and Truck dispatch: 2 years (required)

Shift availability:

 Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

 25% (preferred)
