Security Dispatcher - Healthcare

Securiguard is seeking Dispatcher for healthcare facilities in Oshawa/ Whitby/ Ajax/ Bowmanville/ Port Perry Region.

Pay Rate: $20/hour

: As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for monitoring access control systems, fire protection systems, CCTV, and elevators and the safety of the building. You will be logging information, dispatching the security and building operations staff accordingly, conducting various audits and ensuring that security patrol duties are completed.

Experience And Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License and CPR
• Must be reliable, of sound character and a team-player
• Ability to handle stressful situations and high volumes of calls
• Must be able to type min of 50wpm
• Must be able to MULTITASK in a FAST-PACED environment
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a control room operator/dispatcher
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Security Guard
• Ability to communicate well and be understood
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office and excel
• Must be knowledgeable in various systems including but not limited to fire and life safety systems, CCTV, Access control systems, Intercom systems
