Fletcher Group Automation is seeking a fully remote Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be working with our General Managers, accounting staff and bookkeepers.
We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Invoicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in accurately invoicing our customers based on sales orders received weekly, ensuring timely and efficient invoicing transactions. You will work closely with various teams, communicate effectively, and utilize your expertise in QuickBooks Desktop and customer invoicing to streamline the invoicing process.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper cum Administration Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment
Record financial transactions accurately in the company's accounting software QuickBooks
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
Coordinate with banks and other operating departments
Provide administrative support, including shipping and receiving, responding to emails, and managing timely payments
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, accounts payable reconciliation
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft office - Excel, Word, PDF
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of shipping and receiving, freight and customs.
Education:
College degree in Accounting
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The position may require occasional overtime or weekend work.
