Bookkeeper Jobs

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to day to day bookkeeping. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.The candidate must have experience working with Sage 50.

The annual salary for this role is $55k - $65k based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping records of both AR/AP
• Able to produce multiple accounting reports
• Maintaining complete set of books
• Completing day to day accounting duties in Sage 50
• Seasoned Bookkeeper, able to work in a fast paced environment
• Supporting month-end activities
• Supporting year end activities

Requirements:

• Hands on experience working with Sage 50
• Working with confidential information
• 3+ years of hands on bookkeeping experience
• Able to communicate with clients as needed
• Excellent communication skills
