Bookkeeper (Remote) Jobs

Fletcher Group Automation is seeking a fully remote Bookkeeper to join our team!  You will be working with our General Managers, accounting staff and bookkeepers.

• Prepare Daily Invoicing & Submit to Various Customer Portals
• Provide accounting and clerical assistance
• Submit Monthly Bank Reporting
• Accounts Receivable Tracking and reporting
• Tracking Customer PO's
• Complete Government Remittances and Reporting Monthly
• Manage Inventory Obsolescence Accrual and Disposition Plan
• Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Maintain Consumable Inventory
• Invoicing Customers

• 3 - 5 Years of experience
• Goal oriented 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online Excel, Word and ZOOM/TEAMS/ GoTo MEETING platforms.    
• Strong attention to detail
• Outgoing and Positive
