Diagnostiquer et identifier les défaillances du système et leurs causes , afin de permettre un rétablissement rapide et contrôlé de services. Suivre les directives SOP/SLA et assurer l'escalade des incidents critiques à la direction des opérations pour faciliter les exigences de rapports gouvernementaux. Prendre en charge les solutions types, notamment les ordinateurs de bureau Windows, les serveurs Windows, les serveurs Linux, les solutions de gestion hors bande (modems), les environnements d'applications en nuage (Azure), les composants matériels et logiciels personnalisés, y compris les applications de gestion des caméras et des vidéos portées sur le corps et les dispositifs de mise en réseau Exigences et qualifications:Bilingue en anglais et en français, avec de solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite dans les deux langues. Doit être un citoyen canadien ou un résident permanent depuis plus de 10 ans. 1 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle connexe dans un environnement de centre opérationnel Expérience en dépannage technique dans des environnements de réseaux ou de logiciels. Certifications souhaitées CompTIA Network + / Cisco CCENT CompTIA Linux+ VCA : VMware Certified Associate CompTIA Server + / MCSA : Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (associé de solutions certifiées) Toute certification Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certifications bénéfiques : o VCP : Professionnel certifié VMware Associé certifié VMware Workforce Mobility o CCNA : Cisco Certified Network Associate Surveillance ou assistance en matière de protocoles réseau dans les domaines suivants : VPN, MPLS, BGP, VOIP, SIP.
