Au sein de l’équipe des Tests linguistiques, la personne retenue pour ce poste aura comme principale responsabilité d’évaluer les compétences linguistiques des candidats et des employés en français et en anglais conformément aux normes d’Air Canada.

Qualifications

• Diplôme universitaire en éducation, en linguistique, en traduction, en littérature, en communication ou dans un autre domaine connexe.
• Bonnes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Excellentes compétences en gestion des priorités et capacité à respecter les échéances.
• Habiletés exceptionnelles en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en anglais et en français.
• Bonne connaissance de la suite Office de Microsoft (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
• Expérience dans l’industrie du transport aérien, un atout.
• Discernement, capacités d’analyse et sens critique.
• Excellentes habiletés en service clientèle et capacité à travailler avec des clients internes et externes.
• Curiosité envers les autres et capacité d’écoute et d’interaction avec aisance auprès d’une clientèle diversifiée.
• Habileté à promouvoir un environnement propice pour les candidats afin qu’ils puissent démontrer leurs compétences linguistiques.
• Au moins trois à cinq années d’expérience dans l’un des domaines ci-dessus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the aviation industry would be an asset.
• Within the Language Testing team, the selected candidate in this position will have the main responsibility to assess candidates and employees’ language proficiency in both English and French in accordance with Air Canada standards.
• Ability to foster the proper environment for the candidates so that they are able to demonstrate their language skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Curiosity toward others and ability to listen and to interact with ease with a diverse clientele.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• At least 3 to five years of experience in one of the above fields.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Excellent management of priorities, ability to meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment and analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with internal and external clients.
• University degree in education, linguistics, translation, literature, communications or other related field.
