Responsibilities:
Identify and Prospect:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries that align with our target market.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services and their value proposition to effectively engage with prospects.
Consultative Selling:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to key decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, providing accurate information and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions and meet client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including identifying key accounts, market segments, and verticals.
- Continuously expand the customer base by acquiring new clients and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Market Intelligence and Feedback:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, product enhancements, and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong ability to identify potential clients and generate leads.
