Job Summary
We are looking for an innovative, progressive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team to develop digital strategies online, whether in Canada, North America or worldwide. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our Development, Operations and Service teams to support strategic marketing campaigns and assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts for our teleradiology service and software solutions. The mandate of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to help optimize digital experiences by contributing to the web, email, search (SEO), mobile and social channel portfolios for our company and its offerings. Assist in creating, implementing and managing Ad and email campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable, analytical, and outcome-driven person with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Specialist
- Work in cross-functional teams to lead digital initiatives from conception to launch by clearly communicating business requirements, partnering with the development team on the solution build, supporting change management and preparing the right collateral for a successful product launch.
- Leverage website traffic and social media engagement to convert prospects to email subscribers in order to increase viewership of key events.
- Take the lead on developing and maintaining effective LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing campaign to create new leads, reach potential clients and raise brand awareness.
- Broader responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
- Provide campaign reports and analyses to senior leaders, highlighting successes and recommending future enhancements and recommendations for optimization.
- Good interpersonal skills and exceptional time management will be keys to success.
- Monitor and track customer experience, process performance and other metrics; address any issues.
- Increase engagement rates on all social media platforms by providing valuable content and brand experience through both paid and organic ads, effective SEO, and a strategic content calendar.

Desired Qualifications of Digital Marketing Specialist
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Have a fully equipped home office space (computer with the latest software, audio and video gadgets, etc.)
- Certification in HubSpot, Google, or Facebook are all assets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding audience engagement and website traffic KPIs.
- Proficient in managing and analyzing data
- Knowledge of digital technology user interfaces, usability testing and digital analytics
- Proficient with G-suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good knowledge and experience using digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Advertising. As well as Word Press and SEO web tools.
- 1+ years experience running social media channels, including creating content calendars, managing social media ad spend, and writing SEO-friendly content.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study, such as marketing, advertising, or a related field.
For this remote position, residing in the Eastern Time zone would be preferable.
