👩🏽💻👨💻 Position:
The SEO Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's overall SEO strategy. This includes on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and analysis. The SEO Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, improve organic rankings, and drive more traffic.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Technical SEO: Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Reporting: Produce regular SEO reports and insights, including keyword rankings, traffic performance, and other KPIs.
- Google Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to forecast trends.
- SEO Audits: Conduct website audits to identify SEO opportunities and weaknesses.
- Off-Page Optimization: Develop and implement a high-quality backlink strategy.
- On-Page Optimization: Implement strategies to improve site structure, page construction, content, keyword lists, and SEO copywriting.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors and their SEO efforts, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Keyword Research: Identify the most effective and targeted keyword phrases for our products/services.
- Content Creation: Develop SEO-friendly content.
🥇 Qualifications:
- Experience with paid search campaigns (PPC) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.
