We are looking for an experienced Communications & Marketing Manager for our clients in the Retail Industry. The Communications & Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of communications and marketing. This includes supervising staff, event promotion, social media content, media relations, website, student outreach, and graphic design.

Website

• Create new website content and pages as required
• Ensures that content is accurate, up to date, and marketing the brand effectively
• Responsible for the ongoing development and management of the website

Social Media

• Responsible for replying to student questions and comments received on social media channels
• Works to establish and grow client's digital presence with students
• Responsible for managing clients' presence on all social media platforms and ensuring that content is accurate, up to date, and marketing the brand effectively
• Ensures that all outgoing messaging is reflective of the client's brand (through the creation of graphics, use of logos, and creation of copy to best engage our audience)
• Track performance of social media efforts using analytics provided by Hootsuite and Facebook Business to ensure our messaging is being properly circulated and read
• Creation and implementation of new tools to help with brand consistency and streamline marketing processes to increase the effectiveness of marketing efforts

Events & Campaigns

• Propose ideas for events and marketing campaigns to executives to stay relevant and better engage our audience
• In-person coverage of events for social media purposes
• Execute and create large-scale marketing projects and communications campaigns

Marketing

• Creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to best engage students and promote the organization’s needs
• Ensures marketing schedule is attended to daily.
• Communications and marketing strategy consultations with executives and staff
