Previous experience working with branded products in the food and beverage industry is considered an asset.

Participating in the development of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including marketing spend and return on investment.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product applications and the competitive market;

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience;

Experience in Sales and Customer Service is an asset;

Knowledge in Gas Turbine or Turbo-machinery industry, HVAC systems is an asset;

Reporting directly to the team leader, this person’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Working in collaboration with Recruiters and Account Managers to find compliant candidates

Communicating with candidates via telephone and email to gain a deeper understanding of their relevant experience for the role

Writing an effective response to the RFP that is clear, concise and compliant with the requirements

Operating our automated “grid tool” system to highlight specific portions of the candidate resume in response to RFP requirements

3+ years of work experience in proposal writing role
