Junior Marketing Proposal Specialist

How you'll make a difference:

• Support proposal delivery for Calgary studio from research and kick-off to interview and close-out
• Contribute to and maintain CRM.
• Write non-technical portions of the proposal (cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, team qualifications, win themes).
• Perform closeout activities ensuring lessons learned and debriefing process is initiated.
• Assist in development of improved processes, systems and templates for the full pipeline, working closely with the Marketing and Business Development Leader.
• Review and edit content to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and emphasis on compelling visual and written narrative
• Support development and delivery of major proposals and business development materials
• Work with marketing and practitioners to support pursuit strategy and develop successful proposals

Who you are:

• You are confident and poised with strong interpersonal skills, passionate about quality and able to deliver in a high-performance environment, with multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• You have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• You are a strategic thinker who realizes ideas
• You are passionate about architecture, city building, and design
• You have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or equivalent
• You are highly organized with excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities efficiently and effectively
