Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our Sales and RFP (Request for Proposal) teams for the US, Europe, and APAC (Asia-Pacific) staffing markets. As a Sales or RFP specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and successfully responding to RFPs. These roles require a strong understanding of the staffing industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to deliver compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US, Europe, and APAC staffing markets.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research.

Account Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, address client concerns, and resolve any issues.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving staffing requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

RFP Management:

  • Craft persuasive and well-structured responses, highlighting our unique value propositions and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor proposals to showcase our staffing capabilities effectively.
  • Lead the end-to-end RFP process, including analyzing requirements, coordinating internal stakeholders, and preparing high-quality proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of RFPs.
  1. Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the US, Europe, and APAC staffing markets.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and enhance our competitive positioning.
  1. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry landscape, including knowledge of temporary staffing, permanent placement, and workforce solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Knowledge of the specific cultural and business practices in the US, Europe, and APAC regions is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the staffing industry, preferably in the US, Europe, or APAC markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing the end-to-end RFP process.
