Proposal Coordinator Jobs

We are looking to fill a part-time opportunity for a Proposal Coordinator for one of our fantastic clients in the Architectural Industry located in the beautiful Fraser Valley area. This role will be responsible for coordinating all proposal processes, work alongside the marketing manager and other team members. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills and love being organized this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with branding and graphic standards
• Review and edit proposals
• Coordinate proposal processes
• Conduct research to gather information about clients, competitors and project requirements
• Provide support for additional marketing and business development activities, presentations and or other materials as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Adobe Creative Suite experience a great asset as well as MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Construction, Engineering and or Architectural industry experience a must have.
• Proven experience within proposal coordination
• Min of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
