The Opportunity

Thinkingbox is searching for a Junior Designer to work closely with our marketing team. We are looking for someone who has a strong portfolio, and is very comfortable working on anything from case studies and presentation design, to social media and marketing assets. We are looking for the next team member to help support our growing team and are motivated about growth opportunities inside our organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop solutions that respond to internal parameters and project briefs
• Collaborate and brainstorm with producers and the creative team
• Define the look and feel for a variety of marketing projects from Case Studies to social assets
• Contribute ideas and on-trend, design pixel perfect artwork, and assets from mood boards through to final delivery
• Presentation design and creating assets for marketing and social media using Figma and the core host of the Adobe Suite
• Create case study projects across all divisions (Thinkingbox, The Heist, AntiSocial)
• Estimating the time required to complete tasks
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to supervisors and producers
• Maintain the organization of file systems while properly sorting archiving assets

What You’ll Bring

• Understanding of typography and design
• Proficiency in Creative Suite + Figma
• Experience working on social media project is a plus
• Strong visual thinker
• Ability to collaborate with a team and also work autonomously
• Understanding of production process
• Ability to take art direction and critique
• Being comfortable in fast paced environments
• Organized with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to execute visually appealing hifi mockups
• Interest the latest in contemporary design trends
• Knowledge of current and on-trend graphic design
