Job Description
Overview
The Opportunity
Dillon Consulting is seeking motivated candidates to fill a Proposal Administrative Support position for its Business Development and Sales team. The addition of this role is part of an exciting new approach to managing our proposal sales operations in Dillon!
As part of our Proposal and Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our proposal development team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the proposal development process.
This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension and is available at any Dillon office and hybrid/remote.
Responsibilities
What your day will look like
  • Assist in the coordination of proposal activities, specifically monitoring Dillon’s proposal support requests and assigning support needs to one of our Proposal Specialist teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the proposal coordinators as needed
  • Organize and maintain proposal documents, files, and databases
  • Support the proposal coordinators in preparing and formatting proposals
  • Review and edit proposal content for grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Qualifications
What you will need to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly WordPro
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, preferably in a proposal development environment
