The Right Time Group of Companies is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our internal Marketing Team and support our continued growth as a leading provider of home comfort services across Canada. This is a full-time, permanent, and remote position, offering a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most profitable, fastest-growing HVAC and home services companies in Canada.
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional with a proven track record in performance marketing and driving lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies, with a keen focus on driving performance metrics through innovative campaigns. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in data-driven decision making, and has a strong grasp of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
●Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution. This includes scheduling content, management and optimizing all posts for reach and engagement.
●Maintain and manage multiple pages for multiple brands on different social platforms.
●Digital asset creation for social, web and email campaigns.
●Develop, plan, and execute promotional campaigns across all digital channels.
●Develop and execute lead generating email marketing campaigns.
●Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign overall performance, using data to drive strategy and decision-making.
●Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
●Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
●Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
●Work with internal team and external agency to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies that drive performance.
●Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
●Collaborate with agency partners on our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with our performance goals.
●Oversee the integration of new businesses we acquire, working with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth transition to the Right Time brand.
Requirements:
●Proven experience in a similar role or a related field with a strong focus on lead generation, performance marketing, and A/B testing.
●Knowledge of and experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
●Proven B2C digital marketing experience.
●Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
●Proficient in relevant digital marketing software and platforms.
●Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
●Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach.
●Ability to work under pressure, strong time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
●Ability to work collaboratively in virtual/remote settings.
●Flexibility in workday schedule is a must.
●Bilingualism is a plus.
