Job Purpose
The Administrator, Finance and Administration is responsible supporting the Manager, Finance and Administration with various steps of the accounting process and providing general administrative support to facilitate day-to-day operations,
Duties and Responsibilities
·Receiving, reviewing, and preparing invoices and expense claims for required approval.
·Completing daily and monthly reconciliations of various accounts
·Maintaining electronic filing system(s)
·Data entry into account system (Sage50)
·Daily monitoring/maintenance of phone system
·Maintaining office supplies and managing regular post
·Manage office contractors and other suppliers for phone, internet, security, cleaning, and waste management services.
·Administer annual Promotional Contest
·Providing general administrative support where required including travel and accommodation arrangements for meetings and other events.
·Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
·A post-secondary degree or diploma in Office Administration or Finance is strongly preferred.
·2+ years relevant work experience, preferably in a not-for-profit environment
·Proficiency in Office 365 applications
·General accounting skills
·Experience with payment processing systems and online registration systems
·Experience with Sage 50 Accounting is an asset.

Work Environment
·Full- Time - Regular business hours – M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm
·Hybrid Model – Office/Work-from-home – Co-Ordinator will be required to work in the office minimum 1 day per week- occasionally more based on the needs of the organization.
