We have an opportunity in a role that performs diverse administrative support duties reporting to a manager in our Investigations department. In this role, you'll work primarily from home but will be required to come into the Richmond office once a week and on an as needed basis.

Where you'll work

- Maintain office supplies and stationery
- Prepare and manage a variety of correspondence including emails, memos, forms, reports, manuals or other materials
- Greet and direct external and internal visitors
- Maintain a variety of paper and digital files and records
- Receive, screen, and refer incoming telephone calls to appropriate staff; provide general information to callers where applicable and answer routine inquiries
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence; respond to routine inquiries and correspondence within established guidelines
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This position requires regular and punctual attendance
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accurately handle concurrent activities
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Excellent English language skills, with accurate grammar and spelling
- Completion of Grade 12
- Type a minimum of 60 words per minute
- Recently related experience providing administrative support
- Use Microsoft Word proficiently
