Account Manager - Strategic Partner Health And Learning

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Account Manager - Strategic Partner Health and Learning to work in Toronto, ON. In this role you will work closely with some of the most influential Health and Learning institutions as well as creators in Canada. You will manage day-to-day operations with partners, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. This role requires 5 years' experience in Content Strategy, Business Development, Communications, or Marketing in the Health, Learning, Media or Tech industries. If this describes you, apply today!

• Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement projects and initiatives to grow and enhance the overall Canadian Health and Learning ecosystems.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams, across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Policy, Comms, Finance and Legal to bring the right solutions to key creators.
• Manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests and creating periodic reports (external and internal) on partner performance.
• Produce analyses and recommendations to optimize performance as part of regular review cycle with managed partners.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills is ideal
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• 5 years' experience in Content Strategy, Business Development, Communications, or Marketing in the Health, Learning, Media or Tech industries is required
• Experience in the Health or Learning industries including YouTube content creation and management is an asset
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required
• Project management and commercial experience, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and solve critical problems through analysis would be strong assets
• Extensive network within the Canadian Health or Learning industries. Is an asset
