Overview A Major Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with large, strategic accounts. They are responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase sales and profits, while ensuring customer satisfaction. They must be able to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs. Detailed Job Description A Major Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with large, strategic accounts. They must be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and profits, while ensuring customer satisfaction. They must be able to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to develop and implement sales plans and strategies, and be able to negotiate and close deals. They must be able to identify and develop new business opportunities, and be able to manage customer relationships. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
