Location: Ottawa - remote
- Identify new tactical sell opportunities & create pipeline that will result in both short- and longer-term business success.
- Maintain influential network relationships both internally and externally, to maximise opportunities to successful closure and handover.
- Build foundations to develop successful and sustainable long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop strong, proactive account plans that summarise strategy and action.
- To seek innovative ways to expand new services and initiatives across the accounts.
- Utilise portfolio change and additions to engage with organisations and create customer conversations.
- Prioritise keeping sales data current and accurate in Salesforce to ensure business and customer accuracy.
- Build and own the holistic customer/BT plans for a small group of strategic global customers detailing critical insights and new business opportunities
- Simplifying and Conveying Complex Information. Making life easier for our customers by truly understanding their needs and providing solutions to their strategic business priorities.
- Commercial Analytics and Technology Adoption. Identify patterns in data and leverage technical tools proactively without hesitation.
- Personalisation and Value Creation. Build rapport and tailor messages which tap into customer needs that align to Why BT.
- Sales Adaptability, Resilience and Agility. Manage change and stay productive under pressure over a period of time consistently.
- Sales Drive and Achievement Orientation. You enjoy talking to new clients and understanding their issues and are able to build a business case with them.
- Collaboration and Inspiring Customer Confidence. Work as one team with our customers and build real partnerships and trusted relationships.
- Commercial Creativity. Act on strategic opportunities and be innovative in securing new business. Be bold, challenge the status quo and take action to attain the desired outcomes.
- Success in building partnerships with stakeholders at C-level/senior manager/exec level
- Mining Vertical experience, preferred
- Fluency in French, preferred
- Developed and executed successful account plans to deliver growth
- Creative thinking and solutions to complex business problems including across geographies and cultures
- Delivered or exceeded sales targets in global accounts
- Telco Background, preferred
- Experience with winning new logo deals and driving consistent business growth
