Profit and loss responsibility for site (comprehension of pricing models)

Directs and assists site teams and controller in analyzing strategic and tactical processes and related costs

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse and shipping/receiving environment.

2+ years of forklift license and experience.

College or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Coordinate transportation logistics, including preparing documentation, arranging shipments, coordinating with carriers, and monitoring delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Ongoing communication and attending meetings with the Facilities Operations team

Project Management Program or minimum of 3 years related experience preferred.

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external contacts.

Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet project and task deadlines

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Graduate of Community College Program

Ability to work on own initiative, organize and establish priorities

Represents the interests of the Project Management on site to the customer, regulatory authorities and consultants.

Reports to the project logistics manager and leads own supply chain personal on project site.

5-8 years of Logistics Coordination experience

Willing to travel 50% of the time

MUST have a valid drivers license, and access to a vehicle

Proven experience in office and/or work site management, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.

Organize and manage the daily operations of our office and work sites, ensuring seamless coordination between the two.

Collaborate closely with project managers, supervisors, and field staff to streamline project workflows.

Manage work site personnel, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic troubleshooting, and break/fix support.

Experience in budgeting and procurement, ensuring effective resource allocation.

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for the following aspects of the program:

·Liaison between students, QU and TTO

·Practicum Support: General and Alternative Practicum placements
