The Warehouse Team Lead - Receiving will monitor and ensure all assigned tasks within the receiving department are completed in a timely manner. This position will take a lead role to ensure that all staff adhere to proper process and procedures as outlined to ensure a consistent flow of product into and through the warehouse.

How You Contribute To Noble's Success

• Troubleshoot Receiving/Put Away/Replenishment etc. issues as they occur
• Communicate building maintenance, equipment maintenance, safety policies and operational policies to and from receiving staff members
• Active working member of the receiving staff participating in daily functions of the department
• Work on any given "special" assignments
• Assist in the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of Receiving processes and procedures
• Other related distribution center duties to support business needs as required
• Work in conjunction with afternoon and night staff to ensure proper storage of products within the warehouse
• Oversee day shift receiving staff and daily operations
• Co-ordinate and communicate all aspects daily work assignments as per the receiving supervisor
• Ensure daily assigned tasks are performed in a timely manner
• Assign and monitor functional tasks within the receiving department
• Executes all other duties required by the position and/or asked by the immediate supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe yard environment

Must Haves and Nice to Haves

You Must Have:

• Ability to lift upwards of fifty (50) pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills, ability to convey messages in an organized, clear, and effective manner
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in a leadership role in a warehouse environment
• A team-first attitude and an ability to provide effective direction to team members
• Experience working with ERP & WMS systems
• Experience in operating various forklift equipment
• Exceptional time management and organization skills, with the proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines
• A self-starter with the ability to lead a team by example and exercise independent judgment and initiative
• Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and leadership and customer service skills to effectively build positive relationships with all stakeholders
